How to verify your catering bags
Take two live photos of your bags during onboarding — one of the exterior, one of the inside.
Step-by-step

During onboarding Step 6, select "I have my own equipment".

You'll be prompted to take two live camera photos.

Photo 1: Front/exterior of your catering bag.

Photo 2: Inside of the bag showing insulation and cleanliness.

Photos must be taken live — gallery uploads are not accepted.

The Catera team will review and approve your equipment within 24 hours.
