Why photo uploads must be live camera only
Catera requires live camera captures to prevent fraud and ensure identity and vehicle authenticity.
Step-by-step

All verification photos (selfie, license, vehicle, equipment) must be taken live.

This ensures the person applying is the actual driver — not using someone else's photos.

Live capture also confirms the vehicle and equipment are currently in the driver's possession.

Gallery uploads, screenshots, or pre-existing photos are not accepted by the system.

The live camera component opens automatically at each verification step.

If your camera is not working, check browser permissions or contact support.
