Identity verification and background checks
Catera requires a live selfie and driver's license photos for KYC. Background checks are initiated on approval.
Step-by-step

During onboarding Step 2, you'll be prompted to take a live verification selfie.

The selfie must be captured live using your device camera — no uploads from your gallery.

In Step 3, photograph the front and back of your driver's license.

All photos are reviewed by the Catera team for authenticity.

A background check is initiated when your application is approved.

You'll be notified by email once the background check is complete.
