Required catering equipment

You need insulated catering bags (hot and/or cold) to carry orders. A dolly is recommended for large setups.

Step-by-step

At minimum, you need large insulated catering bags that can hold full catering trays.

Hot bags for warm entrees and cold bags for salads and desserts are both recommended.

A dolly or hand cart is strongly recommended for large corporate catering orders.

Equipment must be clean, functional, and professional-looking.

During onboarding, you'll photograph your bags for Catera team verification.

Alternatively, enroll in the Catera Gear program to receive pre-approved equipment.
