How to upload delivery photos
After delivery, you'll be prompted to take a live photo using your camera as proof of delivery.
Step-by-step
1
After tapping "Arrived at Delivery", a camera prompt will appear.

Take a live photo of the delivered order at the dropoff location.

The app requires a live camera capture — gallery uploads are not accepted.

Confirm the photo looks clear, then tap Upload.

The photo is saved to your order record and visible to the Catera admin team.

Tap "Complete Delivery" after uploading.
