How to complete a dropoff
Arrive at the delivery address, hand off the order professionally, and upload a proof-of-delivery photo.
Step-by-step

Navigate to the delivery address in the app.

Upon arrival, tap "Arrived at Delivery" to notify the customer.

Hand the catering order to the customer or authorized contact.

If setup is required, follow the instructions on the order card.

Take a proof-of-delivery photo as instructed in the app.
6
Tap "Mark Delivered" to complete the order.
