How catering pickups work
Arrive at the restaurant, confirm the order with staff, load the food securely, and begin delivery.
Step-by-step

Navigate to the restaurant listed on your order card.

Inform the restaurant staff you're a Catera driver picking up a catering order.

Verify the order name and confirm all items are included.

Ensure all catering trays are secured in your insulated bags.

Take a photo of the loaded order if prompted.

Mark "Picked Up" in the app and begin navigation to the delivery address.
