What to do if your application is pending
A pending status means your application is under review. No action is needed unless support contacts you.
Step-by-step

Log into the Catera app with your credentials.

If your onboarding is complete, you'll see an "Application Under Review" screen.

This means your documents are being verified — no action is required.

If it has been more than 48 hours, submit a support ticket to check the status.

Make sure all required photos are uploaded (selfie, license, vehicle, equipment).

Check your email for any requests for additional information.
