Safety issue during delivery
If you experience a safety issue during an active delivery, contact Catera support immediately.
Step-by-step

If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Once safe, open the active delivery screen in the app.

Tap "Report Issue" and select "Safety Concern".

Describe the situation briefly in the text field.

Catera support will follow up as soon as possible.

Do not continue a delivery if you feel unsafe — your safety is the priority.
