Reporting an incident
Report incidents using the active delivery screen or the Contact Support page for post-delivery issues.
Step-by-step

For incidents during an active delivery: tap "Report Issue" on the active delivery screen.

For post-delivery incidents: go to Contact Support and select "Report Active Delivery Issue".

Provide the order ID, time, and a clear description of the incident.

Attach a photo or screenshot if relevant.

Catera support will review and respond within 24 hours.

Incident reports are reviewed and may affect your reliability score depending on the outcome.
