Why a payout may be pending

Payouts can be pending if your Everee account is not set up, a delivery is under review, or there is a processing delay.

Step-by-step

Check your Everee dashboard to confirm your account is active and bank account is connected.

Verify that the delivery in question shows as "Completed" in the app.

Ensure no active dispute or incident report is attached to the delivery.

Payouts are processed on Fridays — if it's earlier in the week, it may not have processed yet.

If everything looks correct and a payout is still missing after Friday, submit a support ticket.

Include your order ID and delivery date in the support ticket for fastest resolution.
