Incentive bonuses are created by the Catera admin team and visible in the Incentives section.

Common bonuses include: completing a set number of deliveries, maintaining on-time rate above a threshold.

Peak-time bonuses may be available during busy hours or high-demand periods.

Tier bonuses — higher tiers earn more per delivery automatically.

Gear bonuses ($1–$2 per delivery) are added when you use verified Catera gear.

All earned bonuses appear in your weekly payout total.
